Micaela le Divelec Lemmi graduated from the Università degli Studi di Firenze in Economics in 1992 and subsequently obtained the qualification to practice as a Chartered Accountant.
In 1992 she started her career at EY as Senior Auditor and in 1998 she joined the Gucci Group to take up a number of different roles, growing internally – amongst these Controller, Chief Financial Officer Executive Vice President.
From 2013 to 2015 Micaela le Divelec Lemmi had the position of Gucci’s Executive Vice Presidet & Chief Corporate Operations Officer, overseeing the departments Human Resources, Legal, Corporate Security, Corporate Social Responsibility & Corporate Compliance. In 2014 she also assumed the role of CEO of Richard Ginori, a subsidiary of Kering, until 2015. In March 2015 she was nominated Gucci’s Executive Vice President & Chief Consumer Officer.
From 2016 to 2018 she has been a member of Beni Stabili. Micaela le Divelec Lemmi joined Salvatore Ferragamo as General Manager in April 2018.
Since 2016 she has been a member of the Board of Directors of Beni Stabili S.p.A. SIIQ and since 2017 a member of the Board of Directors of Pitti Immagine S.r.l. July 2018 is appointed CEO Salvatore Ferragamo S.p.A.
She is a member of the board of Maggio Musicale Fiorentino.
