Cecilia has decisively made her way in the Foreign Trade world. Today, she is recognized as one of the most influential women on her field because of her business trajectory and humanitarian sense.

1920 saw the beginning of the Customs Broker profession in Mexico, shaping since, four generations of Cecilia’s family. Since 1993, she obtained her license as a customs broker supporting the import and export from Mexico to the world.

She has been part of more than eleven councils of companies and associations linked to foreign trade, such as: the Association of Customs Brokers of the International Airport of Mexico City (AAADAM); Promotora de Recursos Aduanales; Promotora AMACARGA; ALACAT (Latin American Federation of Freight Forwarders and Logistics Operators of Latin America and the Caribbean); among others.

In addition, she also founded the Higher Institute of Logistics Studies endorsed by FIATA (International Federation of Freight Forwarders), and in this legacy she has carried out activities of security, strategic development, administration, talent training, communication and ethics.

Cecilia has held presidential positions on more than five occasions in different companies and associations such as: the Mexican Logistics Bureau; AMACARGA (Mexican Association of Freight Forwarders); Customs Consortium for Logistics and Airport Supply (CALSA), dedicated to Land Transport; and the companies Palazuelos Hermanos and Palazuelos Acebal Primatesta, where she has been active as a Customs Broker for 27 years.

As well, it is important to mention, that she has participated as an advisor in the Cargo Executive Counsel from IATA representing cargo agents.

Since the beginning of 2020, she presides over the CAAAREM Foundation (Foundation of Customs Brokers for the Assistance of Mexican Children) representing the philanthropic part of the customs guild. Throughout her career we can highlight an interest in those who work alongside her, whom she has promoted in their development. Today, her passion has grown from transporting goods, to aso aiding in the materialization of the dreams of Mexican children.


Next
